Sticky Roller Applications

Sticky Roller Using Method
1. Employ the backward rolling method, especially effective on uneven surfaces like PCB boards.
2. For cleaning silicone, use anhydrous alcohol for wiping, followed by air gun drying.
3. Avoid contact with benzene and ester solvents (such as Toluene, screen washing agents). If contact occurs, promptly wipe with absolute alcohol and dry by air gun.
4. Each silicone roller is reusable up to 5000 times. If stickiness decreases, clean with anhydrous alcohol and bake for 30 minutes at 50°C to restore adhesiveness.
5. Avoid using the silicone wheel for cleaning floors, walls, or rough boards to maintain effectiveness.
6. Refrain from using sharp blades on silicone to prevent damage.
