Engineered for industrial electronics manufacturing environments, it ensures that both Wrist Straps and ESD Table Mats are functioning within safety parameters to prevent damage to sensitive components.

Mounting the Unit: Using the provided bracket or adhesive strip, mount the SURPA-9203 D at the front edge of your workbench. Ensure the two front jacks are easily accessible for the operators.
Power Connection: Plug the specialized AC/DC adapter (included) into a standard 110V/220V wall outlet. Connect the DC barrel plug to the power input at the rear of the monitor.
Grounding (The Most Critical Step): * Connect the Green/Yellow Ground Wire (from the box) to the grounding post at the back of the monitor.
Secure the other end (the ring terminal) to your facility's Common Point Ground or the metal grounding snap on your ESD table mat.
Power On: Once plugged in, the LEDs will light up.
Initial State: Without a wrist strap plugged in, the "LEFT OPERATOR" and "RIGHT OPERATOR" LEDs will glow RED and the buzzer may sound.Connecting Operators: Operator A: Insert the 3.5mm plug of your ESD wrist strap into the "LEFT OPERATOR" jack.
Operator B: Insert a second wrist strap into the "RIGHT OPERATOR" jack.Verification: * If the wrist strap is worn snugly against the skin and the ground is secure, the corresponding LED will turn GREEN and the alarm will stop.
