Product Description

Low-Lint 100% Polyester Wipes 140gsm are high-performance, contamination-controlled wipes designed for ISO 4+ cleanroom environments.  Each wipe is laser-cut and edge-sealed to prevent fiber and particle release, ensuring superior cleanliness in critical environments such as pharmaceuticals, semiconductors, aerospace, and medical device manufacturing.

With a basis weight of 120gsm or 140gsm, these wipes provide high absorbency (310-320 ml/m²) and rapid liquid uptake, making them ideal for controlling submicron particles, fibers, and chemical residues. Their abrasion-resistant properties allow for rigorous use, while their solvent-safe and IPA-compatible design makes them suitable for chemical applications. Each pack is double-bagged and vacuum cleanroom packed, minimizing contamination risks.
