V. Usage Methods

(i) Oil Spill Cleanup on Water Surface

1. Gently place the oil absorbent sock on the water surface in the oil spill area, ensuring that the sock is in full contact with the oil spill.
2. The oil absorbent sock will automatically absorb the oil spill. As the absorption process progresses, the sock will gradually become heavier and sink.
3. When the oil absorbent sock is saturated with oil, use a tool to remove it from the water and gently squeeze or wring it out to drain the absorbed oil.
4. Properly dispose of the drained oil in accordance with local environmental regulations, such as recycling or other appropriate methods.
5. For unsaturated oil absorbent socks, they can be reused multiple times until their absorption capacity is significantly reduced.

(ii) Oil Spill Cleanup on Ground

1. Lay the oil absorbent sock flat on the ground in the oil spill area, ensuring that the sock covers the entire oil spill area.
2. Adjust the density of the oil absorbent sock layout according to the thickness and area of the oil spill, allowing the oil to be fully absorbed.
3. The oil absorbent sock will automatically absorb the ground oil spill. During the absorption process, gently press the sock to improve absorption efficiency.
4. After the sock is saturated with oil, lift it from the ground and squeeze or wring it out to drain the absorbed oil.
5. Perform subsequent cleaning of the ground, such as rinsing with water, to ensure that the ground is clean and tidy.
